1. Account Creation and Security
Sign Up: Access the Sign-Up page. Provide your email and create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character). Alternatively, use "Continue with Google" for expedited registration.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enhance account security by setting up 2FA. Download an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator), scan the provided QR code, or manually enter the code (JFRDAY21GRQVMS35PBMDYL5IN53GE3U). Enter the 6-digit code from your app into Shiga and click "Verify."
2. Account Type Selection
Choose Your Path: Select the account type that best suits your needs:
Individual: For personal use, enabling stablecoin buying, selling, and transfers.
Business: Designed for teams, facilitating the management of multiple wallets and transactions.
3. Personal Profile Completion
Fill in Your Details: Provide your Legal First Name, Legal Last Name (as per your ID), Phone Number, Email, Country, City, and Date of Birth. Review all information carefully before clicking "Save and Continue."
4. Shiga Wallet Activation
Dashboard Access: Upon successful completion, you will see a "Welldone!" message and a 100% progress bar. Click "Go to Dashboard" to access your account.

5. Stablecoin Transactions
Wallet Activation and Verification: Activate your Shiga Self-Custody Wallet and complete identity verification to unlock all features and enable instant transactions.
Sending Stablecoins:
Click "Send Stablecoin."
Select the asset (e.g., USDC, USDT).
Enter the amount.
Input the recipient's wallet address.
Choose the network (e.g., Smartchain).
Review details and click "Proceed."
Receiving Stablecoins:
Click "Receive Stablecoin."
Choose the currency (e.g.,USDT).
Select the network (e.g., EVM, Solana).
Share your Shiga Wallet Address (e.g., 0xBa23EE00...5a6C090Bde66B5) or download the QR code.
Transaction Details: Navigate to "Recent Transactions" on the Dashboard. Click "View" next to any transaction to see its date, time, status (Pending/Completed), type (Send Stablecoin/Portal Out), conversion (e.g., USDT to GBP), and input/output amounts.
6. Wallet Overview and Gas Fees
Wallet Balances: Displays your "Total Wallet Balance," "Your Shiga Wallet" (USDC/USDT balances), "EVM Wallet Balance," and "Solana Wallet Balance."
Wallet Address: Your unique address for receiving crypto.
Gas Fee Saved: Indicates gas fee optimization by Shiga.
Gas Fee Explanation: A "gas fee" is a small payment required to process blockchain transactions, analogous to "fuel" for the crypto network.
7. Cashing Out Stablecoins (Portal Out)
Portal Out Functionality: Convert stablecoins into G7 currencies (EUR/GBP currently, USD forthcoming) directly to your bank account, bypassing traditional exchange processes.
Bank Account Setup:
Existing Accounts: Displays previously added accounts with currency, bank name, and IBAN.
Adding New Accounts: Select currency, enter account name (must match your Shiga profile), add bank name and IBAN, then click "Save Account Details."
Stablecoin Portal Activation: Activate USDT portal wallets for specific networks (Arbitrum, Ethereum, etc.). Shiga generates a unique address for each, and funds auto-convert upon receipt.
Swap Process:
Send stablecoins to your portal wallet.
Receive fiat in your connected bank account.
Important: Only send from non-custodial wallets.
Rate Calculator & Payment Requests: Check conversion rates before sending. Share payment requests via email, including amount, wallet address, and network.
Warning: Incorrect addresses result in permanent fund loss.
Payment Request Details: Payment requests specify the exact USDT amount needed, expected EUR/GBP payout, portal wallet address, and network information.
