Your USD₮ can sit on three separate networks in Enta — EVM, Solana, or Tron. They're not three ways of looking at the same balance; they're three genuinely separate wallets. Here's how to actually decide, instead of guessing.
The real question isn't "which is best" — it's "what does the other side support"
There's no universally correct network. The right one is almost always dictated by whoever you're sending to or receiving from. Ask them which network they're using before you do anything else — this single question avoids more lost transfers than any other habit.
Once you know that, here's how the three actually compare:
Tron — the safe default
Best for: receiving from an exchange or another wallet when you don't know what they support.
Why: Tron (often labelled TRC-20) is the most widely offered USD₮ network across exchanges. If you're not sure what someone can send, this is the one most likely to just work.
Solana — fast, cheap, increasingly common
Best for: counterparties on newer platforms, or when you want speed and low cost and know the other side supports it.
Why: Solana settles quickly and cheaply, and support for it is growing — but it's not yet as universally offered as Tron.
EVM — the flexible option, but pick the right chain within it
EVM isn't one network, it's seven Enta supports under one balance: Arbitrum, Base, Celo, Ethereum, Optimism, Plasma and Polygon. They share one address, but they are not all priced the same:

The rule of thumb: if you're choosing the EVM chain yourself and the other side doesn't specifically require Ethereum, pick any of the free ones. There's no advantage to paying gas unless the counterparty only supports Ethereum specifically.

The one mistake that costs real money
EVM, Solana and Tron are separate balances with different address formats — they are never interchangeable. Sending to an address on the wrong network isn't a formatting error the app can catch for you; it can mean the funds don't arrive where you expect.
