A payment link is a shareable URL that lets you request money from anyone, even someone with no Enta account.
When the payer opens the link, they see exactly what is being asked for and pay you directly. The money settles into your Enta wallet, an external wallet address, or a bank account, depending on how you set the link up.
Where to find your payment links
Click Payment links in the left sidebar of your dashboard.
This opens your full list of links. You can filter by One-time or Reusable, and by Active or Archived. A Create payment link button starts a new one.
Creating a link
There are two ways to create a link, depending on whether you are requesting a specific amount from a specific person or something you will reuse.
One-time link — request a fixed amount from one person. The link expires once it is paid. See the article on creating a one-time payment link.
Reusable link — share a link that can be used again and again, for any amount or one you fix in advance. See the article on creating a reusable payment link.
Managing a link you already have
Once a link exists, you can check on it or change its state.
View a link's status, settlement info, and full payment history. See the article on payment link details.
Stop a link from accepting payments without deleting it. See the article on archiving a payment link.
Bring an archived link back to active. See the article on restoring a payment link.
Good to know
Whoever pays does not need an Enta account.
You choose where each link settles: your Enta wallet, an external wallet address, or a bank account.
A one-time link expires once it has been paid.
A one-time link that has already been paid cannot be restored after archiving.
Archiving is not deleting. The link stays in your list under the Archived filter.
