One wallet, several networks

Your money and assets can live on different blockchain networks — Ethereum-style networks for some assets, Bitcoin's network for Bitcoin, Solana's for others. Most crypto apps make that your problem: a different wallet, backup, and setup for each network.

ENTA doesn't. You get one wallet, one login, one balance view — and the app handles the differences between networks behind the scenes. You never choose "which wallet"; you just hold and send your assets.

How each network is secured

Different networks work differently, so we secure each one in the way that fits it best — honestly explained:

  • Ethereum-style networks: your wallet is a smart account controlled directly by the passkey on your device. Your key never leaves your phone's secure hardware, and every transaction is approved with your Face ID or fingerprint.

  • Networks like Bitcoin and Solana don't support that kind of passkey-controlled account yet. For these, ENTA generates dedicated keys for your wallet and seals them inside hardware-isolated secure computing — a locked environment designed so that no one can reach in and extract them. Not hackers who breach our systems, and not our own staff. Those keys do exactly one thing: sign the transactions you approve with your biometrics. They can't be viewed, copied, or used any other way.

Two different mechanisms, one consistent principle: every movement of your money requires your approval, on your device, with your biometrics — and no Shiga employee can ever touch your funds.

The one rule to remember: match the network

Here's the single most important practical thing about multi-network wallets:

The same asset can exist on more than one network, and networks don't talk to each other. USDT on one network and USDT on another are like the same currency in two different banking systems.

So whenever you're receiving funds from an exchange or another wallet:

  1. Check which network the sender is using

  2. Use your address for that same network in ENTA

And when sending, make sure the address you're paying was issued for the network you're sending on. ENTA shows you the network clearly on every deposit address and send screen — take the extra two seconds to confirm it matches. It's the difference between an instant transfer and a support headache.
