Probably not. While your business verification is pending, the app shows only Wallet setup.
The dashboard, payment links and team features appear once verification is approved. A quiet screen during review is expected, not a fault.
What's likely still outstanding
Business documents — company details and the documents that support them.
Beneficial owners declared — the individuals confirmed as the real owners and controllers of the business.
Each owner's own identity check — this is the step that most often stalls, because it depends on other people. Every required owner has to complete verification and set up their passkey.
Your wallet can't send payments until all of that is done. A half-set-up company can't move money — by design.
How to unblock it
Check which owners still have an open invitation and chase those specifically. An owner who accepted the invitation but never finished their identity check will hold the whole account.
If everything is complete and it's still empty
Verification is reviewed by a person, so give it time to clear. If it's been longer than you'd expect, chat with us from inside the app and we'll tell you exactly which step is outstanding.
