Statements lets you download a record of your transactions for any period, in PDF or CSV.
On an individual account you'll find it under Settings in the Personal group. On a business account it sits in the Business group and covers your business's overall transaction history. The page works the same way on both. There is no company selector and no per-member breakdown.
1. Select a timeframe
Click the date picker and choose the date range you want your statement to cover.
2. Choose a format
Pick one of two formats:
Account statement in PDF — a readable record of your account activity. Best for sharing or printing.
Account statement in CSV — transaction data you can open in a spreadsheet for analysis.
3. Download
Click Download Statement.
If the download button is greyed out
Download Statement stays disabled until you have selected both a date range and a format. Check that both are set, then try again.
Previously downloaded
The right-hand panel lists your last 10 statements. Each row shows the period it covers, its format, and when it was generated. Click the download icon on any row to get that statement again.
Good to know
Choose PDF when someone else needs to read the statement, and CSV when you need to work with the numbers.
Only the last 10 statements are kept in the Previously downloaded panel.
You can generate a statement for any period, as often as you need.
On a business account, the statement covers the whole business rather than a single team member.
