The Activity log is available on business accounts only. You will find it under Settings > Business > Security. On a personal account there is no activity log to open.
The log is a record of security and account events across your whole business, not only your own actions. It is the first place to look when something appears to have changed and you want to know what happened and who did it.
What the log records
Each row in the log shows four things:
Time — when the event happened.
The event itself — for example "Transfer approved", "Transfer initiated", "Signed in", "Statement downloaded", "Changed role" or "Recipient added".
Team member — who did it, with their role badge and job title.
Source — the browser or app and the device, plus the location.
The log records that an event took place, who carried it out and from where. It is a list of events, not a statement of your balances or a substitute for your transaction history.
Filtering the log
Three controls narrow what you see:
Search activity — search the log by keyword.
All members — narrow the log to a single team member.
Date range — limit the log to a period, for example "This week".
If you cannot find an event
Filters are the usual cause. Clear the keyword search, set the member filter back to All members, and widen the date range before you conclude that an event was not recorded.
Good to know
The log is business-wide. Entries from your colleagues are expected, and are not a sign that something is wrong.
The event names above are examples of what you may see, not the complete list.
To see the actions of one person on their own, open that member from your team settings and look at their Activity tab.
The Source column is the useful column for security checks. An unfamiliar device or location next to a sign-in is worth following up.
If you see activity you do not recognise, review your signed-in devices and passkeys in your security settings and change the member's access if needed.
