Team members

See who has access to your business, what role they hold, and which invites are still pending.

The Team page lists everyone who has access to your business, the role they hold, and when they were last active. It is also where you send new invites and keep track of invites that have not been accepted yet.

This is a business account feature. If you have a personal account, you will not see a Team page, and nothing on this page applies to you.

You will find it under Settings > Business > Team.

Active members

The Active tab lists everyone with access to your business.

  • Search by name, email, role, or job title.

  • Filter by RoleSuper Admin, Admin, or Viewer.

  • Each row shows the member's name and email, their job title and department, their role badge, and when they were last active.

Click the ••• menu on any row for three options.

  • Manage — opens that person's full member details.

  • See role permissions — jumps to the permission list for their role.

  • Remove — removes them from the business.

To add someone new, click Invite member at the top of the page.

Pending members

The Pending tab shows invites that have not been accepted yet. Each one carries a status of Pending or Expired, and shows who sent the invite and when.

  • On a Pending invite, the ••• menu offers Resend Invite or Revoke Invite.

  • On an Expired invite, the ••• menu offers Resend Invite or Remove from list.

Good to know

  • Revoking an invite disables the link that was sent. It does not notify the person you invited.

  • An expired invite stays on the Pending tab until you resend it or choose Remove from list.

  • Someone you invite stays on the Pending tab until they accept, then moves to Active.

  • There are three roles on a business account: Super Admin, Admin, and Viewer. The roles and permissions article sets out exactly what each one can do.

  • Use See role permissions on a member's row if you are not sure why they can or cannot do something.
