Profile holds your own personal details: your name, how we contact you, your address, and your account type.
You'll find it under Settings, in the Personal group of the sidebar. This is true on both individual and business accounts. On a business account it covers you as a team member, not the company. The company's details live on a separate business profile page.
What you'll see
Your avatar and name, with a Verified badge if your identity has been confirmed.
Your email address and phone number.
Address — your registered address.
Account type — Individual on a personal account, Business on a business account.
On a business account there is one extra field: Role in business, which shows your role (Super Admin, Admin, or Viewer) along with your job title and department.
Change your profile photo
Click the pencil icon on your avatar, then choose a new image.
Delete your account
On an individual account, scroll to the bottom of the page to the Delete account section. From there you can permanently delete your account and all data associated with it.
This can't be undone. Make sure you no longer need the account before you click Delete account.
A business account has no Delete account option on this page. Team members are removed from the business by a Super Admin instead of deleting their own seat.
Good to know
The Verified badge appears only once your identity has been confirmed.
On a business account, your personal profile and the business profile are two different pages. Changing one does not change the other.
Your role is set by a Super Admin, so you can view it here but not change it yourself.
Deleting an individual account removes all associated data and cannot be reversed.
