Enta signs you out automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity by default, with a warning 60 seconds before it happens.
You can change the duration under Settings → Security.
Getting back in
Enter your email address and we'll send you a link. Open it and you're back where you were. There's no password to remember.
Other reasons you might be signed out
You cleared your browser data or opened Enta in a private window, which drops the session.
You're on a different browser or profile from the one you signed in on.
The session simply expired — sessions don't last forever, even with activity.
If the link doesn't arrive
Check your spam folder first. There's a resend timer on the screen, and if you request several in quick succession you'll be asked to wait a few minutes before trying again.
Make sure you're entering the address the account was created with — a link sent to a different address won't sign you in.
If you've lost access to that inbox entirely
That's account recovery rather than a sign-in problem. See Lost access to your email? How Enta account recovery works — it runs on your recovery contact plus an identity check, followed by a 72-hour security wait.
